RAWA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Full payment in advance secures your place at the RAWA festival.

• Your payment is non-refundable unless the festival is cancelled.

• Ticket processing fee is also non refundable.

• If you find you are unable to attend, we will accept a substitute registration arranged by you.

• Each registrant attends RAWA sessions and the festival generally at their own risk.

PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS

• If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether it was an error in a price posted or otherwise communicated to you, RAWA maintains the right to cancel that ticket and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether it was a human error or any system malfunction.

PROGRAMME CHANGES AND UPDATES

• RAWA reserves the right to change the programme, including adding, withdrawing or substituting speakers, changing venues or audience capacity for sessions. Any unavoidable changes will be advertised on the RAWA website, and on other social media.

PRIVACY

• The festival may collect, use and hold personal information about registrants in order to:

• Process ticket purchases;

• Provide information about the festival;

• Provide promotional material, including newsletters and bulletins;

• Conduct RAWA surveys;

• Facilitate registration processes as necessary.

• RAWA may take photographs or record videos at the festival and use them for promotional purposes. No other person may use a camera, mobile phone or other recording device at sessions without the the prior written permission of RAWA.

ACCESSIBILITY
